This 8-week program is a guide to self-discovery and a road map to learning how you can live your life to the fullest. During this program, we cover different topics each week, learning ways you can increase your self-awareness and self-love.

 

Each week, there will be new, guided yoga and meditation practices, discourses and journaling relating to the topic. On top of that, there will be many bonus practices and information to help you along the way. This program is about empowering yourself to truly live the life you deserve.
