Dosha What? Learn How Ayurveda Can Help You In Your Daily Life

Do you know what your Dosha is or have you ever heard of Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a holistic medicinal, or rather healing system, to maintain balance and well-being in all aspects of life (body, mind and soul) through use of diet, herbs, lifestyle, movement and meditation. It is an ancient science that originated in India many years ago.

I have been using Ayurvedic principles in my life for over 10 years now. Using these principles has helped me to understand myself deeper - my tendencies, what foods are more suitable, a greater understanding of my cycles and ways to live more harmoniously in my daily life.

This is why I am so excited for the next interview in my 4 part 'Live Light, Live Brighter' video series. I will be speaking to Amanda Noga, founder of Yoga Alchemy and Karma Kollab.

Amanda is a yoga, meditation and Ayurveda teacher with a passion for the ancient arts and sciences from India. Yoga Alchemy is the avenue, where she shares her passion of yoga and Ayurveda and Karma Kollab is a for-purpose social enterprise that is dedicated to the education of girls in India and the empowerment of women on a global scale. Amanda is a dear friend and wonderful human and it was a delight to have this chat with her.

We will be discussing ways you can easily incorporate Ayurvedic principles into your daily life, what Doshas are and how knowing this can help with your overall wellbeing.
