Have you ever thought about your Adrenal health? I hadn't until about 5 years ago, when I went to a naturopath and she told me my adrenals were 'fatigued.' When my son was a baby he was not a good sleeper, so for the first 2 years of his life I did not sleep very much, add to that a few life challenges and let's just say my adrenal health was not tip top.
I truly believe the overuse of our adrenals is more common than not. We live in a fast-paced world with so much to deal with on a day-to-day base. Stresses are high and the to-do list is long. Plus, we are constantly stimulated with information from social media, tv and our smart phones. All these factors can lead to problems with our adrenal health.
This is why I am so excited to be interviewing Sarah Hopkins on this topic. She is a CHEK nutrition and lifestyle coach and specialises in women's health and fertility. She has helped 1,000's of people around the world live lighter, healthier lives. Not only that she is an all around awesome human and I just love her!
